Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

Anarchy Research is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. We treat an accessibility barrier as a defect in our site, not as a limitation of the person encountering it.

2. Conformance Status

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced for commercial websites in the United States.

We describe our current status as partially conformant. That means most of the site meets the standard, but we have not completed a full independent audit of every page and cannot yet claim conformance without qualification. We would rather state that plainly than publish a claim we have not verified.

3. Measures Already in Place

• A “skip to content” link as the first focusable element on every page
• Semantic headings and landmark regions for screen-reader navigation
• Text alternatives on images that convey information
• Labelled form fields, with validation errors announced in text rather than by color alone
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive elements
• Dialogs and menus that trap focus appropriately, expose an accessible name, and close on Esc
• Reduced-motion support: animations are suppressed when your operating system requests it
• Touch targets sized for comfortable use on mobile devices

4. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas that may not yet fully meet Level AA, and are actively working on them:

• Some color combinations in secondary text may fall below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio
• Product images sourced from suppliers may carry generic rather than descriptive text alternatives
• Our AI support chat has not been fully validated against screen readers; the contact form and phone line below are always available as alternatives
• Complex data tables in the account area may lack complete header associations

5. Reporting a Barrier

If you encounter anything on this site you cannot access, please tell us. Include the page address and a description of the problem, along with the browser and assistive technology you were using if you know them.

6. Alternative Access

If any part of the ordering process is not accessible to you, call us during business hours and we will take your order directly. You will not be charged more, and no product or promotion is restricted to customers who order online.
