Anarchy Research LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what control you have over it. Please read it carefully.
This policy covers anarchyresearch.com and any order placed through it. It does not cover third-party sites you may reach from links here.
We never ask for a card number or a bank account number. Zelle is the only payment method we accept. You send the transfer through your own bank, so it happens outside our site and we never see your banking credentials. What we do collect is the payment receipt screenshot you upload after placing an order, which we store alongside your order record so we can match the transfer to it. That image shows whatever your banking app puts on it — usually the amount, the date, and the sender name — so please hide anything on it you would rather not send us.
We do not currently run any analytics service, advertising pixel, session-recording tool, or third-party tracker. See Section 6.
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done so and have no plans to. We disclose information only in the following circumstances.
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the business. Each receives only what it needs for its function, and each is contractually restricted from using it for anything else.
| Provider | Function | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Resend | Transactional and marketing email delivery | Email address and message contents |
| Vercel | Website hosting and image storage | Server request logs, including IP address |
| Neon | Database hosting | All stored account and order data, encrypted at rest |
| OpenAI | AI support chat responses | The text of messages you send to the chat widget |
| Our business email inbox, where messages you send us arrive | Contact form submissions and order notifications, including your name, email address, and anything you write to us | |
| Shipping carriers | Delivery | Recipient name, address, and phone number |
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
We send promotional email only to addresses that have opted in. We record when and from what IP address each opt-in was given.
Every marketing message contains a working unsubscribe link and our postal address, and supports your mail client’s built-in unsubscribe button. Opting out takes effect immediately and always within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an order you have placed — order confirmations, shipping notices, and password resets — because those are not marketing.
Our support chat is powered by a third-party large language model provided by OpenAI. When you send a message, the text of that message is transmitted to OpenAI in order to generate a reply. We do not store your conversation in our database — once a reply is generated, the exchange exists only in your browser until you close or reload the page. OpenAI handles the message under its own terms as our processor.
The chat only answers questions about this business — our products, orders, payment, shipping, returns, and account support. Anything outside that is declined rather than answered.
Please do not enter personal, medical, or financial information into the chat. It is a product-information tool. It is not a medical resource, it cannot access your account or order, and nothing it says is medical advice. For anything involving your order or personal details, use the contact form or call us.
We use cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary to operate the site: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, remembering that you accepted the research-use disclaimer, and recording your cookie preference.
We currently use no analytics cookies, no advertising or social media pixels, and no session-recording or cross-site tracking technology of any kind. Should we introduce any in the future, it will be blocked until you opt in through our cookie controls. Full detail, and the control to change your choice at any time, is on our Cookie Policy page.
We keep personal information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires.
| Data | Retained for | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Order and invoice records | 7 years | Tax and financial recordkeeping obligations |
| Account details | Until you delete your account | Operating the account you asked us to create |
| AI chat transcripts | Not stored | Your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply and are not written to our database |
| Marketing list membership | Until you unsubscribe | Unsubscribed addresses are retained on a suppression list so we do not accidentally re-add you |
| Abandoned carts and unpaid orders | 30 days | Automatically cleaned up |
| Server and security logs | Up to 30 days | Abuse prevention and troubleshooting |
We protect personal information with, among other measures:
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To delete your account yourself: sign in and use the delete option in your account settings. This removes your name, email address, street address, phone number, and password, and it deletes the Zelle receipt screenshots attached to your orders. Because we are legally required to retain sales records, the underlying order records are kept with your personal details stripped out of them — order numbers, amounts, line items, and the state and ZIP the sale was taxed in remain, so they no longer identify you. If you are an affiliate, your display name is removed and your account is closed; the commission ledger itself is kept as a financial record, and any balance owed to you must be paid out before the account can be deleted.
For any other request, email AnarchyResearchLLC@gmail.com from the address on your account. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need longer. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline a request where the law requires or permits us to retain the information.
The rights in Section 9 are offered to every customer regardless of where they live. If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive privacy law — including Texas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, and others — you may have additional or differently-named rights, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling.
We do not sell personal data, do not share it for targeted advertising, and do not engage in profiling. There is accordingly nothing for you to opt out of, but the rights remain available to you and we will honor them.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond to an appeal within 60 days, and if we deny it, we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
This site is intended only for people aged 21 or older, and our products are sold only for laboratory research use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at AnarchyResearchLLC@gmail.com.
If a security incident compromises your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulator as promptly as the circumstances allow, and in any event within the deadlines set by applicable law — including the 60-day requirement under Texas Business and Commerce Code § 521.053. Our notice will describe what happened, what information was involved, and what steps you can take.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
If we make material changes to how we handle your personal information, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the site before those changes take effect.
