Please read Section 14 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration rather than in court, and waives your right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of that section within 30 days of your first purchase without affecting the rest of these Terms.
By accessing or using the Anarchy Research website (the “Site”) and purchasing products from Anarchy Research LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our products.
In these Terms, “Company Parties” means Anarchy Research LLC together with its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their officers, members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents. Only Anarchy Research LLC is a party to these Terms; the other Company Parties are not parties, and are named solely as intended beneficiaries of Sections 11, 12, and 13.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply retroactively to an order already placed. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
All products sold by Anarchy Research are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic purposes, or any other use not explicitly described as in-vitro research.
By purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age and qualified to handle laboratory research materials; (b) you are purchasing products exclusively for legitimate research purposes; (c) you will not use, administer, or facilitate the use of any product for human or animal consumption; (d) you have the appropriate knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely; and (e) you will not resell or redistribute any product in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
You must affirm these representations at checkout before an order can be placed. We record that affirmation, including its date and time, as part of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect the products will be used in violation of this policy.
You must be at least 21 years old to use this Site or purchase from it. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at AnarchyResearchLLC@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
All products undergo quality control to verify purity, identity, and other quality metrics. Products are guaranteed to meet the purity specifications stated on their product listing.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and to correct any pricing error before an order ships.
When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline any order at our sole discretion.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Zelle is the only payment method we accept. You send the transfer from your own bank and upload a screenshot of it so we can match it to your order, and we process the order once we have confirmed the payment. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase.
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200. Orders under $200 are charged a $12 flat-rate shipping fee.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, contact our support team at AnarchyResearchLLC@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Opened products cannot be returned due to the nature of research chemicals and quality assurance concerns.
You agree not to:
User content. If you submit content to us — including messages to our AI support chat, contact form submissions, or reviews — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating and improving our services. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
Our AI support chat is an automated product-information tool. Its responses are generated by a third-party language model, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not medical, scientific, legal, or professional advice. Do not rely on it for anything consequential, and do not enter personal, medical, or financial information into it.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Anarchy Research LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our express written permission.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to AnarchyResearchLLC@gmail.com or to 3900 American Dr Suite 105, Plano, TX 75075, marked for the attention of our Copyright Agent.

The site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company Parties disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We make no warranty regarding the suitability of any product for any specific research application. You assume full responsibility for evaluating, handling, and using our products in your research, and for compliance with every law and institutional rule that applies to that research. Nothing on the Site is a representation that any product is safe or effective for use in humans or animals.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no Company Party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our products, including damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total aggregate liability of the Company Parties, taken together, for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company Parties from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of any product, including any use in or on humans or animals; (c) your violation of any law or of any third party’s rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Site.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to participate in a class action.
Before starting an arbitration, you agree to first contact us at AnarchyResearchLLC@gmail.com with a written description of the dispute and the relief you seek. We will do the same for any dispute we have with you. Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 60 days before proceeding. This step is a condition of starting an arbitration, and the 60-day period tolls any applicable limitations period.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Anarchy Research LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product — whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, or any other legal theory — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. The rules and filing forms are available at adr.org. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
You and Anarchy Research LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
You may opt out of this Section 14 within 30 days of your first purchase. To opt out, email AnarchyResearchLLC@gmail.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and include your full name, mailing address, the email address on your account, and a statement that you decline this arbitration agreement. You may also mail the same information to 3900 American Dr Suite 105, Plano, TX 75075.
Opting out affects only Section 14. The rest of these Terms continue to apply, and opting out will not affect your account, your pricing, or any other aspect of your relationship with us in any way.
This Section 14 does not apply to: (a) claims that qualify for small claims court, which either party may bring individually in that forum; or (b) an action seeking injunctive relief for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Arbitration fees are governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, which cap the consumer’s share of filing fees. Arbitration will be conducted by telephone or video, by written submission, or in person in Collin County, Texas or in the county where you live, at your election.
If the class action waiver in Section 14.3 is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request must be severed and brought in court, and the rest of this Section 14 continues to apply to all other claims. If any other provision of this Section 14 is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder stays in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 14, you and Anarchy Research LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, carrier or supplier failures, utility or network outages, changes in law, or action by a government or regulatory authority.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Research Use Disclaimer, and Shipping & Returns policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreement on that subject.
Survival. Sections 8 through 15 survive termination of these Terms.
